Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, without cause. You must then return your entire order to ASOS Sample Sale within 14 days of completing the withdrawal process, by following the usual returns process. Once we’ve been notified of your withdrawal we’ll contact you via email to confirm the withdrawal. The withdrawal form set out on this page is in addition to ASOS Sample Sale's returns policy and does not affect your statutory rights. You can st§ill return your order in accordance with the timeframes set out in our Help Page here, or you can return part or your whole order under our returns policy, by creating a return and requesting a refund for your item within 14 days of it being delivered to you and then ensuring that you return the item to us within a further 14 days.
